Description:
The complete renovation of historic Madison Square Garden took place over three years, with extensive phasing to accommodate the NHL and NBA seasons. Extensive temporary services were required to accommodate the phased construction plan. A key challenge was seamlessly integrating new and legacy systems to work in sync with one another.

Description:
New York City’s most historic public market got a new home as a part of the Essex Crossing mega project. The Market Line that sits below it will eventually become the largest public marketplace and food hall in all of New York City. The extensive number of open kitchens made properly tuning and commissioning the commercial kitchen exhaust and make-up air systems of critical importance.
