Description:
Dating back over 110 years, this property once contained over 1800 affordable rooms for working class men at the turn of the 20th century. This project transformed the building into Moxy’s flagship hotel, containing 600 design-driven rooms. Its extensive public spaces include multiple restaurants and NYC’s largest all-season rooftop bar. Renovating such an old and historically significant property made this project as unique as its backstory.
